This writ petition is not maintainable as though the Government has been made a party but the relief has been sought against the respondent nos.2 to 5, all are private persons. The petitioner is claiming that the cheques, which were given by the respondents, have returned bounce. For that, the petitioner should take steps in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
