The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 33 of 1999 registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this case, the First Information Report has been lodged in the year 1999. The petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion and the investigation is still pending. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46585 of 2018(7) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 33 of 1999 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
