2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103, 238. 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is a woman, is accused of killing her brother-in-law (the deceased).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the half burnt dead body of the deceased was found behind the house of the petitioner. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased had executed a sale deed before his death and it is hard to believe that a fully grownup man was killed by a woman. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no direct evidence against the petitioner except suspicion, the period of custody as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025. (Sandeep Kumar, J) anand/- U T
