JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of kidnapping the wife of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has not named the petitioner. The accusation suggests that she went in the company of accused persons of her own whereas co-accused Chameli Devi, who was named by the victim, has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3163 of 2015. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
