JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 396 (C) of 2016, registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 498(A), 420 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner and O.P. No.2 submits that on the joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, where petitioner and O.P. No.2 settled their dispute and also entered into an agreement and accordingly both have decided to live separate and petitioner will pay Rs. 500/- per month to his daughter and he will also execute sale deed of 10 katha of land as detailed in the agreement dated 09.10.2017, which is the part of the Mediator's report.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24431 of 2017 (4) dt.13-10-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail, which was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.08.2017 is hereby confirmed.
