Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 34, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 2-3-2024, when he was taking out the electricity bill of Baban Singh when the accused persons along with petitioner came and assaulted the informant by means of butt of a country-made pistol and also opened fire but missed and on alarm when people gathered, the accused fled threatening the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that though there is allegation of firing but then no one was injured and the allegation of firing is alleged against Gulam Mustafa. It is also submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, he is alleged to have threatened the informant. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 229 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
