The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2012 registered under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been made accused on account of previous land dispute. Further submission is that final form has been submitted in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32076 of 2017 (3) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2012 (Trial No. 3467 of 2016), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
