ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 13.3.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. 6161 of 2013.

In view of the report of the Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur that seven witnesses have been examined and only four have remained to be examined, In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2012 bearing Sessions Trial No. 760 of 2013 pending before the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur. The prayer for bail is once again rejected with a direction to the Trial Court to abide by the Trial plan and conclude the same expeditiously.
