JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard leaned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 291 and 292 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. It is alleged that from the house of the petitioner 20 litres of country made liquor was recovered.

It is submitted by the petitioner that the recovery is from joint family house. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the quantity of recovery and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57956 of 2015 (2) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner, if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly disposed off.
