2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a/ 26 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.03.2023.

4. There is recovery of one loaded country made pistol, one live cartridge and one mobile from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing six months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

6. The petitioner will visit Bidupur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
