2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 87, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the record, it appears that the petitioner and the victim got married.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi/ concerned Court in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025.
