2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Sakra P. S. Case No. 486 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 132, 121(1), 121(2), 352, 3(5), 303(2), 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Section 21 of the Mines And Minerals (Development And Regulation) Act and Sections 3, 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons were involved in transporting white sand illegally on a tractor. When the seized tractor was stopped, the driver failed to produce any valid documents and on the way to the police station, the accused attacked the police with bricks and stones. Entire incidence was recorded through

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46176 of 2026(2) dt.16-07-2026 2/2 videography and the injured police officials identified the culprits, including this petitioner, from the video recording.

4. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
