2. The present contempt application has been preferred by the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders dated 19-02-2024 and 0603-2024 passed by this Court in Misc. Appeal No. 540 of 2017.
3. In compliance of this Court's order dated 31.01.2025, Deputy Registrar, Railway Claims Tribunal, Patna Bench, has submitted a report through Letter No.
Patna High Court MJC No.3232 of 2024(10) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 117/2011/1083, stating that the compensation amount of Rs. 8,07,178/- (Rupees Eight Lakh Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Eight only) has been disbursed to the beneficiary/ petitioner, through Cheque No. 865208 dated 26.03.2025.
4. From perusal of the aforesaid report, it transpires that the order passed by this Court in the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 540 of 2017 has been duly complied with by the opposite parties.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present contempt application stands dropped and is accordingly disposed of.
