JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 8 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 498-A and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners subjected the informant to cruelty in various ways and petitioner no.3 Rinku Devi sprinkled kerosene oil on her body and set her

No.25233 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2 / 2 on fire, and from the impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge, it would be evident that there is corroborative injury report in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
