2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024, registered for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52300 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/3 the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 325, 323, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence, when two daughters of the informant had gone out side of the house on call of nature then ten accused persons including the petitioners tried to kill and made attempt to molest them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Both the parties are gotiya and due to trivial dispute between them, an altercation took place, due to which there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial of this case.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
