This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Allegation has been levelled against the petitioner and others that they have killed the deceased. Considering the nature of allegation, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
