ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 30.11.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.51561/15. He submits that due to inadvertence and typographical error Section 307 was not indicated in para 1 of the bail application and instead of Section 504 Section 502 has been inadvertently recorded. However, the correct number of section finds place in paragraph 5 of the bail application.

Learned counsel further points out that instead of Saharsa Rail P.S.Case No.6/15 only Saharsa P.S.Case No.6/15 is recorded in paragraph 2 of the order sheet which is also typographical mistake.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56886 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the aforesaid order.

Let the order dated 30.11.2015 passed in Cr.MIsc. No.51561/15 now be read as Saharsa Rail P.S. Case no.6 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 and Section 27 of the Arms Act instead of Saharsa P.S.Case No.6/15 for the offences under Section 341,342,323, 324, 502/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act in paragraph no.2 of the ordersheet.

The application for modification is, thus, disposed of. The time granted for surrender shall now run three weeks from today.
