2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 ( B ) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.10.2024 . passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44380 of 2024 .

4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased. Charge has already been framed and the case is running for prosecution witness. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.04.2024 .

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, tardy progress of trial, period of custody, clean antecedent of this petitioner and circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed . Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.
