JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. From the house of the petitioner 70 litres of country made liquor were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is made from the joint family house. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56202 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
