Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,471,420,406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, an advocate, was to purchase the house of the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner. The informant paid Rs.14,75,000/-(Fourteen Lacs Seventy Five Thousand) in cash whereas cheque amount were issued from the Bank Account of Sanjay Kumar Tiwary, a friend of the informant, in favour of the accused persons. The F.I.R. does not reveal that the parties were in a written agreement for the aforesaid transaction nor it reveals that which Plot No. was agreed to be purchased nor there is any document of payment of such a huge amount of Rs. Fourteen Lacs and odd to the

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah(M) Police Station Case No.690 of 2019 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
