The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2336 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2016 2 / 2 with Complaint Case No. 2101C of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 1999.
Regard being had to the fact that the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 24th July, 2013, the complaint was filed on 30th July 2013, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Complaint Case No. 2101C of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
