ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.171 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other persons are said to have lured the informant in parting with substantial amount in the hope of fetching higher returns. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that save and except the bald allegation that the petitioner was sitting in the office, there is no material on the record to show that he had

He further submits that another similarly situated co-accused, namely, Shobha Kumari, has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.34212 of 2015, vide order dated 16.10.2015. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner stands similarly placed, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S.
