The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1804(C) of 2018 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The entire allegation made in the complaint petition is vague. He also submits that a mutual Divorce Petition has been filed in the court below and the same still pending vide Annexure 3. No.55992 of 2021(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No.1804(C) of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
