2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Lohiya Nagar P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioners are the parents of the main accused Shohrab, who is alleged to have abducted the victim. The petitioners are in custody since 01.05.2025.

4. Considering the facts of the case, the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
