1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

2. The present petition preferred to modify the order dated 23.08.2024 to the extent that the interest amount over Rs. 1,71,50,296.96/- be also paid to informant/ O.P. No. 2 i.e., District Manager, Food And Civil Supplies Corporation Aurangabad, Bihar.

3. From the perusal of order dated 23.08.2024 which is also annexure of present petition categorically speaks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48640 of 2024(9) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 that petitioner was directed to pay Rs. 1,71,50,296.96/- in five equal installments. Non-payment within time upon request of the petitioners, further time period was approved by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

4. The present occasion is not to review the order dated 23.08.2024. In view of aforesaid the present petition appears non-occasioned and devoid of any merit.

5. Considering aforesaid, present Interlocutory Application No. 01 of 2025 stands dismissed.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that out of Rs. 1,71,50,296.96/- Rs.

1,54,60,521/- has already been paid to informant/ O.P. No. 2.

3. The aforesaid fact also stands approved by learned counsel for the informant/ O.P. No. 2.

4. For the remaining balance of Rs. 16,89,775.96/- a statement was made at bar by learned counsel for the petitioners that same shall be paid by the end of December,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48640 of 2024(9) dt.27-08-2025 3/3 2025, without fail.

5. Considering aforesaid, provisional bail as granted by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.08.2024 is hereby confirmed with same bailor and bond, with condition that the balance amount of Rs. 16,89,775.96/- shall be paid to informant/ O.P. No. 2 by 30.12.2025, failing which learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of petitioners if any such request raised by informant/ O.P. No. 2.

6. With aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of.
