JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 354, 452, 427, 380, 376, 511, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that accused persons came variously armed entered into the house of the informant, abused and threatened to kill. The accused persons also catch hold the hair of women and dragged them and when the informant tried to rescue then he was also assaulted with fists and slaps. It is alleged that on the order of co-accused Ramrup Das, co-accused Lalan Yadav and Pinku Yadav catch hold Archana Devi when co-accused Lalan Yadav made an attempt to ravish. The accused persons also took away brief-case and ornaments of the women.

No.488 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of serious litigated relationship between the parties the accusation has been levelled when none have received any substantial injury. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
