The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 304B, 316/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in brief is that informant's daughter was tortured and in consequence thereof, she was killed by inlaws on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner is alleged to be Bhainsur of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. He has no concern with the affairs of

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.
