The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town (Sikandrapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 507 of 2020 registered under Sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of evidence on record, it appears that it is a case of suicide. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
