ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 323, 341, 376, 511, 379, 380, 452, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the nature of allegations against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
