Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.Case No.266 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be engineer that by submitting forged caste certificate of scheduled caste he obtained job.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case inquiry is still pending with regard to authenticity of the caste certificate and in the meantime, his caste certificate was cancelled and this case has been lodged.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48067 of 2018(12) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 Further the matter is still pending in the Writ Jurisdiction case bearing CWJC No.16097 of 2007 before this Court. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below, and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge IV-cum-ACJM, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.case No.266 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that he will co-operate the authority as well as investigating officer in inquiry , otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
