JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted Jamshed Alam with bamboo on his head.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the impugned order reflects that the injury is grievous but there is no accusation of repeating the blow, hence the case does not come within the purview of section 307 IPC. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.480 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 No.369 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Kishanganj.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
