2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul (Lokaha O.P) P.S. Case No.1005 of 2022, under Section 21(c) of NDPS Act and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
