2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has not disclosed source of information as to how he could know petitioner's participation in the alleged offence. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 18.7.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45683 of 2025(5) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the gravity of accusation as well as the materials collected during course of investigation, petition for bail of this petitioner is dismissed. Since, petitioner is in custody, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within a year.
