The petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal before Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pridhikar (hereinafter to be referred to as 'the Pradhikar'), constituted under Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015. The petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.4257 of 2016(11) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 shall be at liberty to avail her remedy by filing appropriate application before the Pradhikar.

This writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.

It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises, the Pradhikar will consider the fact that the petitioner had been pursuing her case before this Court by filing the present writ application.
