The petitioner seeks bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., on 22.02.2017, the informant got an information that his younger son has been killed and his deadbody was hanging in the house of Sudhir Mistri and the informant suspects that this petitioner and three unknown persons have killed his younger son due to previous enmity. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that only on suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Only material, which has come during course of investigation, is that as per C.D.R., there was conversation between the accused and the deceased on the mobile before the occurrence. Save & except this, there is no other material has been collected during

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed.
