2. In terms of the order dated 18.07.2018, the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar and Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Arwal are present.

3. Second supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2 and supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 4 have been filed. The same is taken on record.

4. At the very outset, the Principal Secretary admitted that there were lapses on the part of the office for which he has taken necessary steps to ensure that such things do not recur in future, but

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid position.

6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that actual payments in terms of the orders passed by the authorities in favour of the petitioner, if already not made, be made within one week from today.

7. The writ petition stands disposed off.

8. Personal appearance of the officers stand dispensed with.
