JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In the instant writ application the petitioner has challenged the order dated 04.01.2019, as contained in Annexure-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide letter dated 04.01.2019, the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Magadh Division, Gaya has asked the petitioner to submit his replay without enclosing the copy of the enquiry report. He submits that in absence of enquiry report, the

Considering the limited prayer made in the present writ application, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to Regional Deputy Director of Education, Magadh Division, Gaya to provide the copy of the enquiry report within a period of fortnight from today and thereafter the petitioner shall submit his reply within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the enquiry report. On receipt of the reply, the respondents shall take appropriate decision in the matter.
