JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the order passed by this Court dated 26.02.2018 in CWJC no. 2759 of 2016, whereby and whereunder similar issue has been considered by this Court and on account of the assurance given by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, the said writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Aurangabad to dispose of the claim of the petitioner in light of the judgment and order passed in CWJC no. 14866 of 2016. Thus, the petitioner seeks liberty to take recourse to such remedies as is available under the law, in case the aforesaid order dated 26.02.2018 passed by this Court is not complied with.
