JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 427, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that one person died in a road accident. The local people set the truck on fire. The police reached there to control the situation, thereafter, local villagers peltet stones.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no any specific allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady and other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.15244 of 2017.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28970 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Sanju Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No.11 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
