Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 324, 307, 302, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 18.07.2019, 19.07.2019 and 23.07.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43485 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 44196 of 2019, 43574 of 2019 and 44942 of 2019 respectively. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the aforesaid orders. Let it be kept on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019.
