Patna High Court MJC No.573 of 2016 (4) dt.09-08-2018 2/2 that the petitioners have been appointed on contractual basis as Nagar Shikshak on compassionate ground.

The learned senior counsel submits that the petitioners were in fact required to be appointed on compassionate ground on any class-III or class-IV post as per their eligibility, hence, though the petitioners have been adjusted, nonetheless the petitioners be granted liberty to raise their grievances, if any, before the authorities.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
