2. On the basis of above submissions made by the counsel, the petition is disposed. The respondents are directed to consider and decide and pass a reasoned order on the application/representation submitted by the petitioners Annexure -12 series as early as possible probably within 90 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with relevant rules and laws.
