The petitioner filed this petition for quashing the order dated 20.01.2015 passed by Sri Dev Raj, Judicial Magistrate in Complaint Case No. 2255C/2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to withdraw this quashing petition with liberty that the petitioner may raise only points at the time of framing of charge. Prayer is allowed. The quashing petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty that the petitioner may raise the points, whatever, at the time of framing of charge.
