Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 448, 504, 323, 354-B, 379 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55120 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 5, above named, as they have been arrested.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 5, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the delay in lodging the F.I.R and also the fact that no offence under S.C./S.T. Act is made out against them.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 1 and 2, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, S.C./S.T. (POA) Act, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
