JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 203 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Siwan.

Petitioner happens to be Dewar and case relates to dowry death with allegation of demand of Rs.1 lac and gold chain and for that the daughter of informant was tortured and later on she was killed by hanging.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and as a matter of fact the deceased committed suicide, which will appear from post mortem report.
