Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatapur (Rajeshwari O.P.) P.S. Case No.44 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 A of the IPC. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner filed vide Cr. Misc. No.3633 of 2021 was rejected by this Court on 13.04.2021 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

The petitioner has now renewed his prayer for bail by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55770 of 2021(2) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 instant bail application.

In this regard, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has already been framed against the petitioner and one co-accused on 20.10.2020 and in support of his contention, a copy of the same has been brought on record (Annexure-9 series).

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has been framed, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur (Rajeshwari O.P.) P.S. Case No.44 of 2020.
