This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the informant had paid the referred amount of Rs.10,000/- and Rs.15,000/- to Sharwan Kumar on the persuasion of this petitioner to get back door entry in the Government job.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no payment was made to the petitioner and the complainant himself has indulged in illegal act, hence, he can not get protection of law.

Finding substance, in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with C.R. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28750 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 No. 426C of 2012 to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
