The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the informant and his family members. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between the parties and this case is counter blast of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 lodged by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31972 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 petitioners side. It has further been submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners have also got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
