====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, informant and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506, 376, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner was making physical relation with the minor victim since last two years on false promise of marriage.

Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has supported the prosecution case.

Considering the statement of the victim made under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46364 of 2022(4) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
