JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihuar Excise Act. Allegedly, 15 litres toddy has been recovered from house of the petitioner.
In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and be disposed off same day in accordance with law
